  • All participants must meet the grade and age requirements specified for each program.
  • Registration is not confirmed until full payment (or approved payment arrangement) has been received.
  • All camps are capped at a maximum of 40 campers to ensure quality instruction and individual attention.
  • A parent or legal guardian must complete registration on behalf of minor participants (those under 18 years of age).
  • Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis. JLT Fieldhouse reserves the right to close registration when capacity is reached.

3 Fees, Payments, and Discounts

5 Code of Conduct

JLT Fieldhouse is built on the principles of the S.E.A. of Success® — Simplicity, Effort, and Attitude. All participants, parents, and guests are expected to uphold these values throughout all program activities. Specifically:

  • Participants are expected to demonstrate respect for coaches, fellow campers, facility staff, and equipment at all times.
  • Bullying, harassment, discriminatory language, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal from the program without refund.
  • Parents and guardians are expected to model respectful behavior when interacting with staff, coaches, and other families.
  • All participants are expected to give maximum effort and bring a positive attitude every day — No Fear of Working Hard.

JLT Fieldhouse reserves the right to dismiss any participant whose conduct is deemed detrimental to the program environment.

6 Health, Safety, and Medical Authorization

The safety and well-being of every camper is our highest priority. By registering, parents and guardians agree to:

  • Disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations that may affect a participant's safe involvement.
  • Authorize JLT Fieldhouse staff to seek emergency medical treatment if a participant is injured or becomes ill and a parent or guardian cannot be reached.
  • Ensure participants arrive in appropriate athletic attire and with any required medications clearly labeled and communicated to staff.

JLT Fieldhouse is not liable for minor injuries sustained during normal athletic participation, provided reasonable safety protocols are followed.

7 Photography and Media Release

By enrolling in a JLT Fieldhouse program, you grant JLT Fieldhouse, Inc. permission to photograph and record video of participants during program activities for use in promotional and educational materials, including our website, social media, and print publications. If you do not consent to the use of your child's image, you must notify us in writing prior to the start of the program.
